Our focus is on identifying high-potential opportunities across healthcare (including care, clinics, and consumer health), then actively driving growth through operational improvement, strategic execution, and commercial acceleration. We work hands-on with our portfolio, from early-stage growth through to scale and exit. and are building a platform designed to become a leading healthcare investment and operating group. We are now hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to take ownership of how we generate demand, build brands, and drive revenue, both for us and across our portfolio.
The Role
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will be responsible for driving growth, revenue, and brand presence across multiple businesses. This includes:
Building our brand and deal flow engine
Driving customer acquisition for portfolio companies
Using content, social, and digital channels to sell, not just market You will operate with high autonomy, working directly with the founders, and will be expected to move fast, test aggressively, and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Scale our Brand
Own and execute our marketing and content strategy
Position us as a leading voice in healthcare investing and growth
Build a strong presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Create high-quality, high-impact content (insight-led, not generic)
Support investor communication and deal origination through marketing
2. Drive Revenue Across Portfolio Companies
Work directly with portfolio businesses to increase sales and customer acquisition
Design and execute growth strategies across multiple channels
Use social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to sell products and services
Identify and exploit high-ROI growth channels quickly
Launch and scale campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes
3. Execute High-Performance Growth Marketing
Run rapid testing across channels (paid, organic, content, partnerships)
Build funnels that convert from attention → engagement → revenue
Analyse performance and continuously optimise for ROI
Stay ahead of platform trends and apply them commercially
4. Lead & Build Capability
Work closely with founders and operators across the group
Manage and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and junior team members
Build repeatable marketing systems and playbooks
Help scale the marketing function as the business grows
