Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end LATAM TE credit card program rollout across all regions, including configuration with the issuer, card hierarchy, limits, controls, billing setup, and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate changes in Concur and PeopleSoft to support card feed integration, expense coding, and reconciliation workflows; ensure alignment with TE policies and update as needed.
  • Oversee data integration readiness such as employee data validation, cardholder setup files, cost center mapping, ERP/TE tool integration, and card feed reconciliation; support testing (UAT and end-to-end TE cycle).
  • Work with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Treasury to embed segregation of duties, card controls, credit limits, risk mitigation, and develop dashboards to monitor usage and compliance; troubleshoot issues.

What We'll Bring:

The T&E and AP Analyst is responsible for implementation of a new global corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) credit card program and supports different processes related to Account Payable (AP). This individual will coordinate across Finance, HR, Treasury, Procurement, regional business leaders, and the selected card issuer to ensure a smooth and compliant rollout across Latam regions. The ideal candidate brings strong T&E operations expertise and hands-on experience implementing corporate card programs.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end LATAM T&E credit card program across all regions.
  • Work with the card issuer (bank/issuer) to configure program structure, card hierarchy, limits, controls, billing setup, and integration requirements.
  • Coordinate required changes in Concur and PeopleSoft to support card feed integration, expense coding, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Ensure alignment with existing T&E policies and recommend updates as needed.

2. Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Coordinate regional deployment activities, including communication, training, and card distribution.
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to define card eligibility criteria, onboarding steps, and employee acknowledgments.
  • Draft clear communications, FAQs, and process documentation.

3 Data & Integration Readiness

  • Support employee data validation, cardholder setup files, cost center mapping, and integration with ERP and T&E tools.
  • Ensure accuracy of card feed reconciliation into Concur/PeopleSoft.
  • Validate testing cycles: UAT, integration testing, end-to-end T&E cycle testing.
  • Support the Vendor Master update process

4. Compliance & Controls

  • Work with Internal Audit, Compliance, and Treasury to embed proper segregation of duties, card controls, credit limits, and risk mitigation protocols.
  • Support creation of dashboard and analytics requirements to monitor card usage, delinquency, spend patterns, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot early issues and coordinate fixes .

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of T&E operations, corporate card programs, accounts payables, shared services, Finance Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for global audiences.
  • Experience with SOX controls and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required; Portuguese preferred).

Preferred:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, Coupa, or similar ERP systems.
  • Prior experience with issuers such as Amex, Citi, JPMorgan, or Mastercard/Visa programs.
  • Background in shared services/global finance operating models
  • Cross-cultural communication

  • Advanced Excel / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
