Our Client, a Waste Disposal company, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, answers employee questions and directs employee to applicable resources.
  • Other minor duties may be assigned.
  • Creates, assigns, and updates customer tickets daily.
  • Communicates with customers about service issues and works with internal departments for resolution.
  • Uses client programs and software tools to manage a variety of tasks, benefit changes, ticket requests, customer inquiries and various other needed assignments.
  • Utilizes effective listening and communication skills to identify problems, needs, and opportunities
  • Additional duties as necessary
  • Adequate use of telephony system
  • Basic computer skills (utilizing online resources)
  • Emphasis will be on providing customer service, handling service issues, working with internal departments within Client.
 
Requirements:
  • Required: High school diploma or G.E.D, and zero to four years previous experience.
  • Preferred: High school diploma or G.E.D, plus additional or specialized training, and zero to four years previous experience.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, writing and communication skills
