Job description
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Workday Platform Engineer for their Remote (Any client location) location.
Responsibilities:
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (Core HCM and Core Compensation)
At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (Core HCM and Compensation)
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB’s) and Advanced Compensation
