Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Consultant - Medical Coding and Reimbursement Policies for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze claim data and coding patterns
  • Provide recommendations and reports on reimbursement and coding compliance
  • Collaborate with clinical, compliance, billing teams
 
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in medical coding and clinical editing practices
  • Deep understanding of reimbursement policies and payment integrity frameworks
  • Experience reviewing claims and advising on correct reimbursement amounts
  • Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Experience performing coding audits, compliance reviews, and claim analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to identify coding discrepancies
  • Certifications such as CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT
  • 15 years of experience
  • Medical Coding
  • Reimbursement Policies and CMS guidelines
  • Industry trends on the policies and coding guidelines
