Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a HR ServiceNow Consultant for their Remote location.
Requirements:
Experience gathering ServiceNow requirements, testing and development, required
Implementation experience with ServiceNow Localization Framework, localization workspace using Google Cloud Translator Spoke to automate and manage content translation within ServiceNow
Experience implementing google spoke with the Google adaptive LLM translation preferred
Experience implementing dynamic translation including with live agent chat and configurable workspace (HR Agent workspace)
Able to share best practices regarding business process for requesting and processing translations
Knowledge of best practices implementing to segregate translation request between business units ( HR vs IT).
Ability to complete knowledge transfer sessions with client IT team on Localization Framework
Knowledge of HR ServiceNow preferred.
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks with HR ServiceNow
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions within HR ServiceNow
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently receives general guidance
4-8 years of experience with HR ServiceNow, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
