  • Collaborate with the Channel Team and Channel Leader for the CEE region to execute channel strategy and drive partner success.

What you can expect

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for driving Zooms' platform sales through our reselling channel partners in Germany. The position is part of the Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for the CEE region.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 5 years of channel sales experience and direct strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success

  • Have experience in in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business

  • Have experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships

  • Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches

  • Demonstrate a personality with a can-do approach and a positive mindset to change and learning

  • Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
