Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership: Define and own the long-term integration strategy, ensuring all projects align with organizational goals and deliver maximum business value.
End-to-End Integration Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of complex integration programs involving Middleware (e.g., Informatica, Mulesoft, SAP PO), APIs, and Cloud-to-On-premise connectivity.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for C-suite executives and external partners, managing expectations, navigating organizational politics, and negotiating high-value contracts.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and mentor a diverse team of Project Managers, Architects, and Developers across different time zones and business units.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, security vulnerabilities, and inter-project dependencies that could impact program delivery.
Financial & Resource Governance: Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, optimizing resource allocation and proving program ROI through rigorous financial reporting.
Process Excellence: Implement and champion modern delivery methodologies (Scaled Agile, DevOps, Hybrid) to enhance delivery velocity and system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 8-10 years specifically leading large-scale Application Integration programs.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of EAI, ETL, ESB, and API Management platforms (e.g., Informatica, Salesforce, SAP NetWeaver, RedShift, Snowflake).
Strong grasp of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Modernization practices.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical solution blueprints.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to "influence without authority" and lead distributed, cross-cultural teams in a remote environment.
Tools: Mastery of enterprise-grade tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Portfolio Management dashboards.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA (preferred).
Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 Practitioner certifications are highly desirable.
