Requirements:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and dimensional models (star/snowflake) in Redshift/Snowflake/BigQuery with data quality and performance in mind
Develop ETL/ELT processes using Python and orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow, Mage, or similar tools; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve daily engineering issues
Collaborate in an Agile SDLC environment; participate in planning, reviews, and continuous improvement; align with the 5 Red Cross Core values (collaborative, committed, compassionate, creative, credible)
Manage code and deployment pipelines using Git CI/CD (GitHub or GitLab) and leverage AI coding tools to improve development efficiency

Experience in daily Engineering operations, support, and issue resolution. - Desired
