  • Lead release readiness and delivery quality, including dependency validation, risk management, go/no-go coordination, and post-release analysis.
  • Improve visibility and efficiency through dashboards, reporting, automation, and data-driven insights; leverage AI tools to optimize planning and execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly; develop understanding of product architecture to improve execution.

Technical Delivery Lead

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in improving how our technology teams deliver software, data, and platform initiatives. You’ll help drive execution excellence, improve release quality, and increase delivery predictability across engineering, product, and data teams. Your work will directly support our ability to scale efficiently, deliver better products, and serve our customers with speed and reliability.


This role reports to VP of Technology and partners across engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.


What Success Looks Like:

  • Delivery Predictability – Improving planned vs. completed work across teams
  • Release Quality – Reducing defect leakage and post-release issues
  • Execution Efficiency – Improving cycle time, throughput, and workflow automation
  • Dependency Management – Ensuring cross-team alignment and on-time milestone delivery

    • Strengthen release transparency and deployment confidence across teams

What You’ve Done Before:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, program delivery, agile delivery, release management, or software execution leadership
  • Experience supporting cross-functional software delivery across multiple teams and workstreams
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, release processes, and dependency management in complex environments
  • Experience working directly with engineering, product, platform, and/or data teams
  • Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar for work management and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to use delivery data to improve execution quality and predictability
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical and product context to identify risks and sequencing issues


Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile delivery practices, and release management
  • Ability to analyze delivery metrics and translate insights into execution improvements
  • Experience with dependency management, backlog hygiene, and delivery reporting
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to planning, reporting, and delivery optimization
