Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Analyze landing page performance to understand user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends; propose and implement changes to improve landing page effectiveness and strengthen the sales funnel; monitor user flow to improve conversions and user experience
  • Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and optimize campaigns using performance data such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Use HubSpot to support campaign tracking, customer data visibility, and automation efforts; review analytics across platforms and deliver actionable recommendations based on funnel data

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is looking for a marketing professional who can coordinate creative execution and paid media performance while improving conversion outcomes across the funnel. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with analytical thinking and can manage multiple stakeholders while driving measurable marketing improvements.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee communication between creative agencies and paid media teams, manage campaign performance, and improve landing page effectiveness through data-driven optimization across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Agency & Paid Media Coordination

  • Manage communication between creative agencies and the paid advertising team, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with creative partners to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional assets that support performance objectives.

Landing Page & Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze landing page performance to understand user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends.

  • Propose and implement changes that improve landing page effectiveness and strengthen the sales funnel.

  • Monitor user flow across the funnel to improve conversion opportunities and user experience.

Campaign Management & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

  • Optimize campaigns using performance data including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Reporting & Analytics

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to paid media, landing page optimization, and campaign coordination.

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and analytics interpretation.

  • Experience using HubSpot for campaign management and reporting.

  • Ability to identify and recommend strategic improvements that strengthen conversion performance.

  • Strong communication skills with experience coordinating external and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and focus on continuous optimization.
