Functional Analyst - Banking

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with strong hands‑on experience in banking onboarding processes and core banking environments. The role requires a solid understanding of end‑to‑end customer acquisition, multi‑product sales orchestration, and integration between front‑end applications and core banking systems.
This position is highly operational and analytical, suited for professionals with direct exposure to banking processes rather than purely strategic or top‑down profiles.

Role: Functional Analyst

Core Skills:

·      Strong experience in onboarding processes (customer acquisition).

·      Collaboration on products such as debit cards, credit cards, current accounts, securities accounts, and wealth deposits.

·      Knowledge of branch processes and commercial desk operations.

·      Sales process orchestration.

·      Standard reconciliation processes.

Experience Level:

·      3+ years of experience; hands‑on experience and direct knowledge of core banking environments are required.

Scope of Activities:

·      AS‑IS process analysis (phase zero).

·      Technical analysis for the application layer.

·      Testing execution, including test book and use case production.

Process Complexity:

·      Integration with the banking system (product catalog, internal conditions).

·      Front‑end management for end customers (new relationship opening).

·      Support for simultaneous multi‑product sales.

·      Management of underlying documentation and customer due diligence (KYC).

Ideal Profile:
A professional with transversal skills, not limited to a single product, with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end onboarding processes.
