Expert in Benefit Programs, Policies and Design. Understands and can identify best practices in respective areas of expertise. Understands the market, trends in the industry and regulatory issues. Routinely reviews work activities for alignment with the HR Service Delivery Model. Develops and carries out benefits communication and education to all levels of Sentara employees utilizing multimedia resources to support and encourage employee education and engagement. Responsible for the administration of Sentara's benefit programs to ensure data accuracy and plan compliance. Ability to analyze and interpret data, complete complex audits, research and resolve intricate problems. Provides subject matter expertise as needed, is collaborative with other HR Service Areas and manages multiple projects with minimal supervision.
