As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Accounting Manager who wants to play a key role in building the financial infrastructure that supports that growth. This is not a maintenance role — this is an opportunity to help shape accounting processes, drive efficiency, and partner cross-functionally in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

The Opportunity
As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for owning and improving core accounting operations while helping the company scale responsibly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with Finance leadership and partner across teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Recognition and Billing
- Support order review and invoicing processes in alignment with ASC 606 for subscription-based revenue
- Partner with Sales and Client teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
Month-End Close and Financial Reporting
- Own and improve month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
Accounting Operations
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections processes
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
SaaS Metrics and Analysis
- Support tracking and reporting of key SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, and NRR
- Partner with Finance leadership to provide insights that support decision-making
Compliance, Audit and Tax
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Support annual audit processes and external reporting requirements
- Assist with tax filings including 1099s and sales tax
Process Improvement and Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows
- Help scale systems and processes to support company growth
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data
- Support a strong culture of accountability and operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite and strong Excel skills
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills
- CPA preferred but not required
