Job Title: General Manager Luxury Car Dealership

Reports to: CEO

Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the luxury car dealership, including operations, sales, customer service, marketing, and staff management. The GM will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving financial targets, and maintaining the dealerships reputation as a premier provider of luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the entire dealership team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share, monitor sales performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, showroom design, and facility maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the dealerships budget, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Coordinate marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships, to enhance the dealerships market presence.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a professional and motivated team, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to brand standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a luxury car dealership or similar automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of luxury car market trends and a passion for the automotive industry.
