Head of Project Management / Project Manager

What Youll Do:

1. Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
3. Oversee contractor(s) performance, site inspections, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations
4. Drive sustainability and excellence in every project.

What Were Looking For:

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects, with experience in high-rise development would be an added advantage.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

Other key requirements: -

1. Someone with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience who has gone through the full cycle of high-rise development, ideally in their 30s.

2. Malaysian candidate.

3. An individual who can be hands-on.

4. Versatile in managing different stakeholders.

5. High mobility (role is base in Phnom Penh).
