ATHENE is the National Research Center for Applied Cybersecurity and is one of the leading institutions in Europe and worldwide. - Research in the field of privacy‑enhancing technologies, secure and verifiable computation, and securing AI-driven system operating in adversarial environments
- Publishing scientific articles publishing in top cryptography and cybersecurity venues (A and A* CORE ranking)
- Mentoring early career researchers and teaching opportunities
What you contribute
- Completed an excellent doctorate in computer science
- Proven track record of excellent publications
- Expertise in cryptography and/or machine learning
- Leadership capabilities and ability to mentor early career researchers
- Independent and collaborative work capabilities
- Excellent English skill in written and oral language (German language skills are not required)

The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
