Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced WordPress Developer to build a fast, scalable website that will support business growth.

You will work closely with design and marketing teams.

Project Details

• Duration: 2–3 months
  
• Effort: 80–120 hours
  
• Goal: Launch a high-performance website
  

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Build responsive, mobile-first WordPress website
  
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional pages
  
• Create templates for pages, blogs, landing pages, and resources
  
• Maintain a clean and scalable backend
  

Performance Optimization

• Achieve page load time under 2.5 seconds
  
• Optimize images, caching, CDN, and scripts
  

Integrations

• Connect with Zoho CRM and marketing tools
  
• Integrate Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  
• Ensure all lead forms sync with CRM
  

Conversion Optimization

• Implement lead forms and CTAs
  
• Set up landing pages and basic tracking
  

Security & Maintenance

• SSL, backups, updates, and monitoring
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong WordPress development experience
  
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
  
• Experience with custom themes
  
• Performance optimization experience
  
• CRM/tool integrations
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elementor/Gutenberg/custom themes
  
• Familiarity with marketing tools
