 Job Title: Delivery & Project Manager (Operations)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
Location: Kochi, (Work from Home)

This is NOT a coordination role.

This is a command center role responsible for:

• Managing timelines
  

• Allocating work
  

• Ensuring deadlines are never missed
  

• Driving accountability across teams

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Enforce turnaround timelines for:
  

• Bookkeeping
  

• Tax returns
  

• Payroll
  

Cross-Team Coordination

• Run delivery meetings
  

• Maintain dashboards for: Work status, Delays, Utilization
  

Requirements

Must have,

• 3–6 years experience in:
  

• Operations / Delivery Management
  

• BPO / KPO / Accounting firm operations
  

• Strong experience in:
  

• SLA management
  

• Capacity planning
  

• MIS / reporting, KPI tracking
  

Do not apply if,

• You are from pure accounting background without operations experience
  
• You are HR / Admin / Coordinator profile
  
• You have less than 2 years experience
  
• You have only “assisted” but never owned delivery
