  • Design structured, conversion-focused website service pages for Tax Planning, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Systems, Payroll, Advisory, IRS Resolution, and Strategy Session Booking, ensuring clear Problem → System → Outcome messaging, trust signals, and a strong CTA hierarchy
  • Create high-converting funnel landing pages for YouTube ads, lead magnets, webinar registrations, and strategy call funnels with mobile-first execution, reduced friction, clear messaging hierarchy, and high-trust visuals
  • Optimize user experience and conversions across funnels by improving form UX, CTA placement, and conducting layout experiments for A/B testing to reduce bounce rate
  • Collaborate with Content Lifecycle Lead, CRM/Marketing Ops, SEO Specialist, and Paid Ads Specialist to deliver well-structured Figma files with clear developer handoff notes and maintain brand consistency reflecting authority, professionalism, clarity, and growth-focused positioning

We build a Proactive Tax & Accounting System for Growth-Focused Business Owners — designed to help entrepreneurs reduce taxes, improve cash flow visibility, and scale with confidence.

We are building a structured, scalable CPA machine targeting $10M in annual revenue. Our marketing and digital presence must reflect clarity, trust, authority, and performance.

We are looking for a conversion-focused UX/UI Designer who understands how to design for high-trust professional services and lead generation funnels.

Role Overview

The UX/UI Designer will design high-converting digital experiences that communicate:

  • Proactive tax strategy (not reactive compliance)

  • Structured systems (not chaos accounting)

  • Confidence and authority

  • Premium service positioning

This role is focused on performance, not decoration.

You will work under the Content & Lifecycle Lead and collaborate with CRM/Marketing Ops and Paid Ads to build a scalable conversion system.

1️⃣ Website & Service Page Design

Design structured, conversion-focused pages for:

  • Tax Planning Services

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping Systems

  • Payroll & Advisory

  • IRS Resolution

  • Strategy Session Booking

Each page must clearly communicate:

  • Problem → System → Outcome

  • Trust signals

  • Strong CTA hierarchy


2️⃣ Funnel & Landing Page Design

Design high-converting landing pages for:

  • YouTube Ads

  • Lead Magnets (Tax Guides, Checklists)

  • Webinar Registrations

  • Strategy Call Funnels

Focus on:

  • Reduced friction

  • Clear messaging hierarchy

  • Mobile-first execution

  • High-trust visuals

3️⃣ User Experience Optimization

  • Improve conversion rate across funnels

  • Optimize form UX

  • Improve CTA placement

  • Suggest layout experiments for A/B testing

  • Reduce bounce rate

4️⃣ Brand Consistency

Ensure design reflects:

  • Authority

  • Professionalism

  • Clarity

  • Structured system thinking

  • Growth-focused positioning

Avoid:

  • Clutter

  • Over-design

  • Agency-style gimmicks


5️⃣ Collaboration

Work closely with:

  • Content & Lifecycle Lead (Messaging & CRO Owner)

  • CRM/Marketing Ops (Funnel Implementation)

  • SEO Specialist

  • Paid Ads Specialist

Deliver well-structured Figma files with clear developer handoff notes.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years UX/UI experience

  • Strong portfolio in:

    • Professional services

    • B2B lead generation

    • Landing page design

  • Advanced Figma proficiency

  • Understanding of:

    • CRO principles

    • Funnel psychology

    • Mobile-first design

    • Trust-building layouts
