  • Translate strategy into action, drive daily performance, manage cost, performance, and profitability (P&L) while delivering strong customer outcomes and service/DIFOT
  • Build and develop a capable, engaged team, driving transformation, leadership development, and productivity improvements
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring zero major incidents and compliance across road and air freight

Your mission

You’ll translate strategy into action, drive daily performance, and lead the integration of teams to create alignment and accountability. With full P&L ownership, you’ll manage cost, performance, and profitability while delivering strong customer outcomes.

Safety is non-negotiable you’ll champion a proactive, safety-first culture.

At the same time, you’ll build capability, develop leaders, and create a team that performs.
