Project Manager

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is looking for a project management professional who can strengthen internal operations by creating structure, improving workflows, and driving consistency across how work is delivered. This role is central to helping the organization operate more efficiently in a fast-moving, remote environment where strong systems and clear processes are essential for scale.

Role Overview

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to internal operations by taking ownership of the current project management system, improving workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management System Ownership

• Own and manage the project management infrastructure, starting with the cleanup and restructuring of ClickUp.

• Ensure projects, tasks, and workflows are clearly defined and properly organized.

Process Design & Optimization

• Define, document, and enforce clear processes for client work, deliverables, and internal collaboration.

• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows across the organization.

Team Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate across a distributed, asynchronous team to ensure projects stay on track.

• Ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks.

Tool Evaluation & Improvement

• Evaluate whether current tools such as ClickUp are optimal and recommend alternatives if needed.

• Deliver immediate value within existing systems before suggesting transitions.

Operational Efficiency & Automation

• Support overall operational efficiency by identifying gaps and systemizing workflows.

• Use AI tools to automate processes, build workflows, and improve productivity.

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.

Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp.

• Experience with other tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with automation tools and AI workflows.

• Strong process design and systems thinking capabilities.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
