Requirements:

  • Own paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google from launch to scale, including setup of measurement frameworks and campaign tracking.
  • Lead creative strategy and execution: edit assets (Canva/Figma), write and refine ad copy, and optimize landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable tests and optimizations.
  • Design and manage structured A/B testing roadmaps, document learnings, and report results with clear communication; track results using Excel and analytics tools.

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is an early-stage company building its marketing function from the ground up. They are focused on launching and scaling paid acquisition across key digital channels, with an emphasis on performance, experimentation, and data-driven growth. The team values hands-on operators who enjoy testing, learning, and turning insights into scalable results.

Role Overview

The Growth Associate will lead paid acquisition efforts from 0–1, setting up measurement, launching initial campaigns, and scaling performance marketing across multiple channels. This role owns strategy, execution, testing, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a strong focus on performance insights and creative effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Channel Ownership

  • Set up and manage paid acquisition campaigns from launch through scale.

  • Own performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google (YouTube and Search).

  • Establish measurement frameworks and campaign tracking from the ground up.

  • Scale successful campaigns and channels based on performance data.

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Contribute to creative strategy with data-backed recommendations.

  • Edit and adapt creative assets using tools such as Canva or Figma.

  • Write and refine ad copy aligned with performance goals.

  • Collaborate on creative brainstorming and testing ideas.

  • Set up and optimize landing pages to support campaign performance.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics closely.

  • Dive deep into data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for future tests.

  • Continuously refine creative, targeting, and budget allocation.

Testing, Reporting & Organization

  • Design and manage structured A/B testing roadmaps.

  • Clearly document learnings and report results.

  • Recommend new tests based on prior performance insights.

  • Use Excel and analytical tools to track, analyze, and communicate results effectively.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience setting up, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.

  • Proven experience taking campaigns from early-stage launch through maturity.

  • Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube and Search), and ad networks.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of channel-specific best practices and optimization strategies.

  • Creative sensibility with the ability to edit assets and contribute to copy and messaging.

  • Data-driven mindset with curiosity for understanding what works and why.

  • Strong analytical skills with deep experience using Excel and similar tools.

  • Highly organized approach to testing, reporting, and performance iteration.

  • Proactive, curious, and continuously learning mindset.

  • Ability to work hands-on and comfortably “in the weeds” of campaign execution.
