The Project Manager will oversee the execution and delivery of custom software projects, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines. This role serves as the central coordination point between stakeholders and overseas development teams, driving accountability, monitoring progress, and maintaining alignment throughout the full project lifecycle.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom software projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet defined quality standards.
Track project timelines and milestones, identifying risks or delays early and driving corrective action when needed.
Coordinate tasks across development teams to ensure programmers remain on schedule and deadlines are consistently met.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining alignment on expectations, timelines, and project progress.
Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions while ensuring clear communication across all parties.
Review deliverables in collaboration with development teams to ensure work meets technical and functional quality standards.
Perform regular quality checks and verify that completed work aligns with client specifications before final submission.
Lead and manage overseas programmers to support timely, high-quality delivery of project components.
Set priorities, coordinate assignments, and monitor team progress to maintain strong execution.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen collaboration between internal and remote teams.
Promote consistent use of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies across projects.
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably overseeing technology or software development projects.
Proven experience managing remote teams, particularly overseas developers or programmers.
Strong background in stakeholder coordination across multiple project phases.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to evaluate deliverables, verify quality, and identify issues when they arise.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage clients, team members, and senior leadership effectively.
Highly organized with strong attention to quality control, deadline management, and process optimization.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables with no missed deadlines.
Strong coordination of overseas programmers, ensuring alignment and milestone completion.
High stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication and clear expectation management.
Effective timeline management with proactive handling of delays and bottlenecks.
Consistent quality assurance ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
