Job description

We’re a UK-based cleaning company looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to help us grow our Residential and End of Tenancy client base.

The Role:
You’ll coordinate new business efforts, manage leads, and work with the team to convert opportunities into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm leads to secure new bookings.

  • Support business growth through consistent follow-ups.

  • Keep records and update CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).
