  • Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow.

Accountant
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
• Work Modality: On-site
• Level: Senior
Requirements
• C1 English level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in similar roles.
• Experience with QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
• Experience working with U.S. clients (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• High level of organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
• Manage monthly accounting close processes for multiple clients, ensuring accurate reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Supervise and review the work of the bookkeeping team.
• Handle advanced accounting tasks: multi-entity, classes/departments, job costing, taxes, inventory, and COGS.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee AP and AR processes, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
• Support onboarding and cleanup processes for new clients.
• Implement and maintain SOPs and internal controls.
• Support system migrations and automation projects (QBO, NetSuite, Bill.com, among others).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
