We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize Salesforce implementations for a portfolio of fast-growing clients. This hands-on and highly autonomous role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution.
Monday to Friday - 5pm to 2am EAT
Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead Salesforce administrator and solution owner for multiple client environments
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce data models, automations, and security models
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Oversee junior Salesforce resources and review their work for quality and scalability
• Manage integrations with third-party systems (billing, marketing, portals, APIs)
• Document architecture decisions and admin processes
Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
• Experience with complex data models and permission structures
• Comfort working directly with executives and founders
• Advanced spoken English (B2+ - C1 level) for direct communication with US-based teams
• Strong documentation and system-organization skills
Nice to Have:
• Experience in membership, subscription, or CRM-heavy businesses
• Experience cleaning up technical debt in legacy or poorly documented orgs
• Exposure to third-party integrations (not required)
• Experience mentoring or leading junior admins
• Salesforce Administrator certification (desirable, not a must)
• Familiarity with AI-based workflow acceleration
