Production Coordinator / Scheduler

This is a remote position.

• Manage and maintain production schedules in real time
  
• Allocate resources effectively by matching the right team members to projects
  
• Monitor staff utilization and optimize workload distribution
  
• Support the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
  
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts proactively
  
• Attend WIP and production meetings to understand project requirements
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support project delivery
  
• Manage freelance resources and holiday coverage planning
  
• Produce reports and analyze data to support decision-making
  
• Provide administrative support to Senior Production Managers and teams
  
• Maintain records of production equipment and asset registers
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and processes
  

Requirements

• 1+ year in production coordination / project coordination
  
• Experience in a similar production, scheduling, or coordination role
  
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
  
• Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills
