Currently, we are seeking a motivated social media content creator to join our marketing team to to produce high-quality, engaging content across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn. This role combines creativity with analytical thinking, focusing on content production, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
You will be responsible for executing content strategies, creating visual and written content, and ensuring consistent brand presence across social channels.
Your Duties:
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for:
Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
Shoot and edit short-form video and photo content
Repurpose long-form/SEO content into short-form formats
Monitor and analyze content performance
Optimize content strategy based on data and trends
Collaborate with team members on content production
Maintain organized workflows and content calendars
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media content creation
Proven experience in video and photo shooting/editing
Strong understanding of Meta and LinkedIn platforms
Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1)
Ability to work independently from strategy frameworks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance
