ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY  

As an Email Marketing Automation Specialist, you have complete ownership over the marketing automation for a dedicated book of business. You work closely with the lead Email Strategist on each of your accounts to deliver the client’s email strategy and execute the Strategist’s vision. 

Please note this is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and fully remote.  

To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Brazil, must work fully overlapping hours with the US and be fluent in English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Implement email campaigns and workflows in line with Strategist vision, providing feedback and suggestions as needed– includes:
    • Recreating a designed JPEG into the email service provider(occasional HTML required)
  • List segmentation 
  • Proper automation set up and triggering
  • Deployment best practices
  • A/B test setups
  • Set up email service providers for clients to ensure cleanliness and GDPR compliance
  • Monitor performance of email health, and present findings to Strategist
  • Project manage all email tasks associated with your clients, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Meet with Strategists monthly, but also as needed to answer questions or collaborate on strategic headwinds
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Email Strategists,Account Managers,Email Copywriters) to ensure the highest quality of deliverables and client success
  • Produce marketing automation audits to assess client performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Join client calls as needed toassistin discussing marketing automation pieces of the client’s account and/or present marketing automation driven audit findings

ABOUT YOU 

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing automation
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Omnisend
  • Desire to expand ESP knowledge to work agnostically across clients
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Strong ability to analyze trends in email performance to recognize deliverability or performance issues
  • Solid understanding of email strategy, design, and copy best practices
  • Ability to work with a book of business of 10-15 clients
  • Process oriented

  • Proficiency in MarketingCloud, Pardot, and/or Eloqua
  • Portfolio of email marketing work to share

  • Base Salary: BR $80,000.00 to $105,000.00; depending on experience and skills
