Position: YouTube Channel Manager / SMM Specialist

Number of hours: 5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the YouTube channel (subscribers, views, engagement, revenue)

• Provide content ideas for videos, podcasts, and YouTube Shorts

• Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)

• Manage and upload content, ensuring proper formatting and scheduling

• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements

• Repurpose content into short-form videos (Shorts) to increase reach

• Collaborate with the team to align content with goals and audience interests

• Identify trends and opportunities to increase channel growth and monetization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in YouTube management and growth strategies

• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics

• Experience with content planning, ideation, and social media strategy

• Familiarity with podcasts and short-form content (Shorts/Reels/TikTok)

• Basic video editing or coordination skills is a plus

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
