Emerse, a dynamic Sales Consulting business, is searching for the next Sales Super Coach. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced sales leader or coach to join us as a Certified Sales Coach.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven sales experience and results, looking to transition into a coaching/consulting role, or an existing coach interested in helping business owners across the US, UK, and Europe smash their sales targets. On average, our coaches earn approximately $150,000 - $250,000 (variable and uncapped).
This role is a primarily remote role from anywhere in the US (with primarily eastern time work hours). Your purpose: embed lasting sales performance by applying proven strategies, building accountability, and delivering exceptional coaching experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-impact coaching engagements using Emerse IP and methodology
Facilitate team bootcamps, strategy workshops, and performance reviews
Build and roll out client-specific sales playbooks
Support sales hiring and onboarding with clear standards and structure
Track performance and drive growth through diagnostics and KPIs
Collaborate with the Emerse team to develop new services and tools
