As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources (HR) department by generating actionable insights through data analysis and reporting. Your efforts will directly influence HR strategies and decision-making processes.
This position offers the unique opportunity to work with advanced HR analytics tools such as Tableau and Workday, enhancing your technical and analytical skills. You will collaborate closely with senior People Analytics partners, providing a pathway to develop expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision making. • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a data-related role, such as a reporting analyst, data
analyst, or HRIS analyst
• Experience in an HR or People Analytics environment is highly preferred
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs,
formulas) is required
• Experience creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides is
required
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HR Information
Systems (HRIS) like Workday is a strong plus
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Must be able to clearly communicate about data and reporting
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, global environment,
and a desire to partner with stakeholders across different time zones
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to
detail and accuracy
NON-NEGOTIABLE
Experience pulling and consolidating data from multiple sources
Data visualization and insight sharing (dashboards, reports, presentation decks)
Strong data interpretation and ability to create clear summaries for stakeholders
Experience working with recruitment and HR data, including: hiring statistics, open and
aging requisitions, recruitment pipeline/stages, attrition reporting (voluntary vs.
involuntary), headcount (HC) reporting and regional breakdown, promotion rates, internal
hiring, attendance data, and workforce/remote attrition metrics
Solid understanding of recruitment analytics and workforce/headcount reporting
NEGOTIABLE
Basic SQL knowledge
Tableau preferred; Power BI also acceptable (training on Tableau can be provided)
Exposure to HR systems such as Greenhouse and Workday
Familiarity with data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake) and BI reporting layers
such as Tableau on top of the warehouse.
