Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance to company partners throughout all stages of cooperation
Design, validate, and implement technical solutions aligned with customer needs and defined business objectives
Work closely with Sales, R&D, Support, QA, BA, and Product Management teams to resolve technical challenges and align on solutions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, seminars, webinars, and training sessions for partners and internal teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor
Actively participate in beta testing of new products and services, providing expert feedback to refine and improve solutions
Support new product launches by ensuring technical readiness, partner enablement, and internal knowledge alignment
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support solution positioning and product feedback
Represent Ajax Systems at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional events
Key requirements:
Technical background with professional experience in alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, security, IT, telecommunications, or related industries
Working knowledge of engineering fundamentals and electronics, including electronic components and circuit diagrams
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Proven experience delivering presentations, webinars, and technical trainings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technical information, products, and technologies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions
Ability to negotiate and confidently justify technical decisions to customers and internal stakeholders
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and willing to travel for business trips, industry events, conferences, and trade shows
