Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain client review files.
  • Update and manage client data in Xplan.
  • Raise Fixed Term Agreements and Records of Advice (ROAs).
  • Transcribe file notes accurately.
  • Support reporting and general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Provide administrative support to financial planners.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage structured and repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
