Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Web and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our web infrastructure and manage all digital advertising efforts. This critical role will be responsible for the health and performance of our corporate website (built on Webflow) and driving pipeline growth through the strategic optimization of our digital advertising campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, Display, etc.). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical grasp of modern web platforms and a proven track record of maximizing ROI from digital marketing spend.

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $112,000 - $145,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a variety of factors which can include but are not limited to experience, skills, and scope.

This role is eligible to participate in Incorta's discretionary bonus program as well as benefit and prerequisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K plan, time-off, and sick leave.
