This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to support expansion in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for a growing B2B SaaS company operating in the Microsoft endpoint management ecosystem.
This role focuses primarily on managing and converting inbound leads, acting as the first point of contact for prospects, and supporting the sales process alongside the Account Executive and PreSales Consultant.
You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a small, experienced regional team, with strong opportunities for long-term growth into roles such as Account Executive or Customer Success.
Your duties
Manage all inbound leads for the DACH market, ensuring timely response and qualification
Guide prospects through the sales process including answering questions, providing quotes, and scheduling demos
Support trial and evaluation processes for potential customers
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM (Zoho or similar), ensuring accurate tracking of activities and follow-ups
Support Account Executive and PreSales Consultant with follow-ups, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks
Coordinate with marketing on lead quality and campaign follow-ups
Provide first-level product information to prospects
Ensure consistent and structured communication with prospects via phone, email, and video calls
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or IT solutions
Proven experience managing inbound leads and sales pipelines
Fluent German (B2+) is mandatory
English B2+ for internal communication
Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred, or HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
