As a Senior UX/UI Lead, you will take a central role in shaping and leading the user experience for new product initiatives, particularly for startup environments where agility and innovation are paramount. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products!
What you will do

  • Expertise in User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro, with a strong understanding of mobile design standards and UX patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience in launching new products, managing complex design challenges, and delivering innovative design solutions that align with strategic business goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and negotiate solutions that align with business strategies and user needs.
