Job description

Turn product ideas into retail-ready products that look great, are clearly specified, and are ready to manufacture.

We’re looking for a hands-on designer to support the development of consumer products sold through Amazon and other e-commerce channels. You’ll work across product design, packaging, graphics, and production specifications—taking concepts from initial idea through factory-ready execution.

Location: Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Develop new consumer products for Amazon and e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Create packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.

  • Build detailed product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.

  • Develop specs for home, textile, apparel, and other consumer products.

  • Translate product concepts and references into clear factory instructions.

  • Review samples and make design, color, material, sizing, and construction updates.

  • Prepare and organize artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production files.

  • Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.

  • Ensure products and packaging are visually consistent, functional, and e-commerce ready.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Experience in product development, production design, packaging, or consumer goods.

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

  • Experience creating packaging artwork and print-ready production files.

  • Ability to create detailed product specifications, tech packs, or factory-ready documentation.

  • Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, materials, and product presentation.

  • Comfortable working with physical products, measurements, samples, and revisions.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products simultaneously.

  • Amazon or e-commerce product experience is a strong plus.

  • Experience with home goods, textiles, apparel, accessories, or similar consumer products is a plus.
