Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager with strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, planning, coordinating, and governing multi-environment releases
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps, with automation of builds, tests and deployments and Git-based version control
  • Strong environment management skills including defining environment strategy, sandbox provisioning, data seeding, and ensuring configuration consistency across teams
  • Demonstrated technical governance and risk-management abilities, including reviewing deployment components for dependencies/risks, adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards, and managing code merge strategies

Overview :


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to plan, coordinate, and manage releases for voice-enabled contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth, predictable deployments across environments while maintaining governance, quality, and minimal disruption to contact center operations.
 

Release Management
* Plan and manage Salesforce releases across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production).
* Define release calendars, deployment plans, and rollback strategies.
* Coordinate release activities across development, QA, and business teams.
* Ensure compliance with release governance and change management processes.
DevOps & CI/CD

* Ensure audit compliance and deployment traceability.
Salesforce Platform Support
* Support releases across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
* Coordinate deployment of configuration, custom code, integrations, and data migrations.
* Support FSC-specific releases involving data models and relationship structures.
* Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during releases.
