Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to work from home from anywhere in Greece! This role allows you to provide outstanding support to our Slovenian-speaking customers, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

In this position, you will be the key point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience. Your fluency in Slovenian will be essential in delivering personalized service that meets our clients' needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian via phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Inform customers about products and services, enhancing their understanding
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep up with product and service developments

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
