Our current client a global business process outsourcing company, the local partner of the leading UK telecom operator. On their behalf, we are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists with no previous experience, who are willing to join their team and help them grow further. The role is available in three options - office-based in Sofia or Plovdiv, hybrid or 100% home-based anywhere in Bulgaria (Bulgarian/EU citizenship or local residency with work permit is a must).

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner;
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to partners' queries and questions;
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English language;
  • Communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with customers, assisting them in finding the best solution;
  • Highly empathetic and thoughtful, with the ability to understand customers' needs;
  • Ability to work on shifts;
  • Positive attitude and motivation;
  • Previous experience in any customer service role is a plus.
