Job description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Czech-Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Booking.com customers, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to Czech-speaking clients, helping them with their travel bookings and inquiries related to accommodations and services.

Your fluency in Czech will be essential for effective communication, enabling you to guide customers through booking processes, handle modifications, and resolve any issues they encounter. As a member of the customer service team, you will contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for Booking.com users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat for Booking.com related inquiries
  • Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and modifications
  • Resolve complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hotel partners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous service improvement
  • Stay updated on booking policies, promotions, and travel trends

Requirements
