Job description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for candidates who are located in Romania or Moldova
This is a full time, US hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST (3:30PM - 12:00AM RO)
Assist our Senior Sales and Retention agents in their sales and retention process
Help gather the information from the prospect customer using our communication system (phone, IM and emails)
Fill in the info gathered in various Forms, Applications, Carriers sites to generate quotes.
Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately
Make submissions to underwriters.
Email management and follow-up with calls and emails for the missing information and documentation.
Requirements
Must speak and write Romanian fluently
Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)Must pass background check
PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must
Higher education is a plus (business related preferred)
