A recognized international luxury travel and concierge company, specialized in unforgettable experiences in Colombia and Mexico, is looking for its Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Manager in Bogotá, who will lead and optimize all inbound marketing channels to attract high-quality group travel leads.

Reporting directly to the CEO / General Management, your main responsibilities will be:
Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy targeting groups of 6+ travelers.
Optimize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and newsletter campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Create and manage newsletters, segmentation, and email funnels aligned with the sales team.
To succeed in this role, it is very important that you have the following:
C1 level of English or higher.
Advanced experience with Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media Ads.
Strong skills in A/B testing, digital analytics, pixels, and tracking.
At least 3 years of proven results in digital marketing (ROI, ROAS, KPIs).
