MS Integration Developer (Mid–Senior Level)

Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft-focused Integration Developer to enhance and expand our platform’s integration with Microsoft tools, particularly Teams and Excel. This is a front-end leaning role suited to someone who combines technical capability with strong UX awareness and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrations aligned with Microsoft standards (Teams, Excel, M365)
Build and deploy Teams applications, including chat and rich client interfaces
Collaborate closely with design/graphics teams to ensure strong usability and UI quality
Manage ongoing updates, patches, and Microsoft compliance requirements
Enable data workflows via Excel for reporting, uploads, and calculations
Contribute ideas to improve user interaction and overall product experience
Develop Teams integration services for chat and rich client for 8 applicationsPrepare solution for use in Teams app store
Develop Python/Excel integration from MCP via XLwings type library

Experience with Microsoft integrations (Teams, Excel, M365 ecosystem)
Front-end or integration-focused development background
Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas (not just execution)
Mid–senior level experience
Nice to Have
Experience preparing apps for the Microsoft Teams App Store
Exposure to API-driven platforms.
