Sr. QA Automation Tester

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester with a solid background in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, particularly within Scrum and Agile environments. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in all aspects of test case creation, testing, and defectmanagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Experience with Automated Change Management is important, and familiarity with test automation tools and methods that facilitate Test Driven Development (TDD) is a plus. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, who can work independently, and who is adaptable to new technologies and testing approaches.

• 5 plus years of Scrum and Agile experience
  
• Must be extremely experienced in all aspects of test case creation, testing, and defect management
  
• Advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills
  
• Advanced analytical/quantitative, reconciliation, deductive reasoning, and problem solving skills
  
• Experience with Automated Change Management
  
• Accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Desired: 3+ years of experience with test Automation and tools and methods that facilitate Test Driven Development
  

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and our client's practices and policies Perform integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements, business practices and policies.
  
• Assist in the analysis of functional and technical requirements, and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems.
  
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and Scrum Team in agile settings.
  
• Adhere to Software Engineering disciplines and to change control standards and procedures.
  
• Ensure testing meets business and technical requirements.
  
• Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure adherence to coding and quality standards.
