WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are actively seeking a Senior Pega Developer with deep hands‑on delivery experience to design and build scalable Pega solutions for our client in financial services. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who combines strong technical execution with disciplined engineering practices and collaboration with architects and delivery teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely and design, develop, and enhance Pega applications aligned to business requirements, architectural standards, and security controls. You’ll partner closely with architects, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are high‑quality, compliant with guardrails, and ready for enterprise deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required
- 7–10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands‑on Pega development
- Strong experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
- Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices
- Experience working in financial services or banking environments
- Broad technical exposure including Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Java
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working with architects on solution design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
- Build and enhance functionality using Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices
- Partner with solution architects to meet design, security, and integration standards
- Support application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs
- Participate in test execution, defect resolution, and release support
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
