WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a senior‑level Pega Process Analyst who excels at analyzing complex business processes and translating them into clear, executable requirements for Pega delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong BPM expertise, disciplined writing skills, and confidence partnering with business, development, and QA stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will support Pega delivery by documenting current‑ and future‑state workflows, defining case lifecycles and data objects, and producing high‑quality Epics and user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps. You’ll ensure backlogs are well‑structured, traceable, and ready for delivery while supporting UAT and continuous improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, with at least 3+ years supporting BPM and/or Pega initiatives
  • Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes, rules, SLAs, and controls
  • Strong hands‑on ability to write Epics and user stories in Gherkin with clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Extensive experience using Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for backlog management and delivery tracking
  • Experience partnering closely with development and QA teams, including UAT support
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and technical writing skills in client‑facing environments
  • Basic technical awareness of APIs, JSON, and SQL to support data and integration discussions
  • PCBA or CBA certification preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and document current‑ and future‑state process flows to support Pega case management delivery.
  • Capture and define business rules, SLAs, controls, and decision logic aligned to client objectives.
  • Draft, refine, and maintain Epics and user stories in Gherkin, ensuring testable acceptance criteria.
  • Define and document Pega case lifecycles, stages, steps, and core data objects.
  • Partner with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, refine scope, and support delivery.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect triage, and validation.
  • Use M365 Copilot (enterprise‑approved, no public AI) to summarize notes, generate Gherkin PBIs, flag gaps, and maintain traceability.
  • Maintain all artifacts using COE templates, manage backlog readiness, and support prioritization decisions.
