Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
7+ years of applicable accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data analysis abilities
Requirements:
Lead client engagements and oversee the full-cycle accounting close to deliver timely, accurate monthly financial statements and ensure US GAAP compliance.
Review the offshore accounting team's work, lead client calls, manage client budgets, and update financial models and cash forecasts with actual data.
Manage core accounting activities including accounts receivable/payable, payroll reconciliation, reconciliations and accruals, and revenue recognition (ASC606).
Assist with tax processes and regulatory compliance, coordinating with tax partners on annual federal/state filings, local registrations, and W‑9/1099 compliance.

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll work primarily with our Controllers and offshore team of accountants, assisting B Consulting clients with various accounting and financial operations activities. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in leading client engagements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and providing accurate data to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll need to manage and lead multiple client projects and communicate with clients to support their requests while also supporting our controllers.
